Called TROCHA DE GIGANTES, due to the fact that along our route we can see trees from 20m to 40m in height, which for their full development need at least 50 to 80 years, as is the case of chestnut, which It grows until the age of 90 years, reaching heights of up to 30m, from that moment it stops growing.

You can meet the immense Lupuna, which can reach a height of 60 meters and more than a meter in diameter, not for nothing its fame extends even to Central America, where the Maya consider it a sacred tree.
Its glass has an umbrella shape, and its trunk changes color, changing from different shades of brown to white or pink.
Today the Tree of the Lupuna is a tourist reference in the area. The locals will point you very nice the way you are. Even so, it is easy to see it as we approach it.
